I lead a monthly women’s circle which is a sacred space for truth telling, witnessing and healthy transformation. If you are interested in exploring, please contact me.


CUSTOM MEDITATION AND YOGA

Practice and/or learn meditation in the comfort of your own space at a time that suits you. We meet privately via Zoom, phone or in-person | $100 per hour.

I can also create in-person group yoga/meditation sessions to meet your needs.
